This notice covers the Hubusoft corporate website at hubusoft.com, including access through hubusoft.hu when it redirects here, and business enquiries submitted through our contact form or sent to the contact address displayed on this website.

It describes our processing of personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

03. Information we process

Visiting the website

Your browser sends technical information needed to request and receive web pages, such as your IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information. Our hosting service processes these requests to deliver the website. The provider also records technical access, error and security logs; these can include your IP address, request time, requested page, browser details and information about unsuccessful or blocked requests.

Purpose and legal basis: providing a functioning website, diagnosing technical problems and protecting the service from misuse. This processing is based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Contact form & email enquiries

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. The form sends this information to contact@hubusoft.com as an email; it does not create a separate enquiry database. If you email us directly, we also receive any additional contact or company details, attachments and email delivery information you include. We use these to respond, discuss your request and follow up where relevant. Please only send information needed for your enquiry.

Legal basis: general enquiries and communication with representatives of businesses are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to requests and maintaining business communications (Article 6(1)(f)). If you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, processing necessary for those steps is based on Article 6(1)(b).

Contacting us is voluntary. The form requires a name, a valid email address and a message so we can handle your request. Without these, the form cannot send an enquiry; you may also contact us directly by email. Sending a message does not sign you up for marketing.

The website has no account registration, checkout or newsletter subscription. We do not use it to create advertising profiles or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Protecting the contact form

The server checks submissions and limits sending frequency to reduce spam and misuse. For this purpose it temporarily keeps an IP-derived, keyed identifier and submission timestamps outside the publicly accessible website directory. The identifier is pseudonymised, not anonymous. The form's rate-limit records do not contain your name, email address, message or the original IP address.

We also use Google's reCAPTCHA v2 checkbox to help distinguish people from automated submissions. It loads automatically on the English and Hungarian homepages containing the form. Google receives technical information through the browser connection, including the IP address and browser/device information, and processes information about the verification interaction for security analysis. The server checks the resulting token with Google before sending an email; the server's verification request does not include your name, email address, message or the optional visitor IP-address parameter.

Purpose and legal basis: the CAPTCHA and local sending limits protect our website and mailbox against spam, automated submissions and abuse. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the contact service secure (Article 6(1)(f)). Successful CAPTCHA verification is required to send through the form. You can contact us directly at contact@hubusoft.com if you prefer email or the verification is unavailable.

04. Cookies & browser storage

The website's own application code does not set cookies or use local storage or session storage. Google's reCAPTCHA is an exception to the otherwise local delivery of website resources: when it runs on a homepage, Google sets the _GRECAPTCHA cookie, which Google describes as necessary for its security risk analysis. We load the service through recaptcha.net to avoid using the google.com domain, where other Google cookies may be present. The service still connects your browser to Google.

The website contains no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or embedded social-media widgets. Fonts, images and icons are served with the website instead of being loaded from external font or social-media services.

The Facebook icon is an ordinary link. It does not load a Facebook widget or tracking pixel when this page opens. The technical information described above is still processed to serve the website.

Our website hosting and email services are provided by Tárhely.Eu Szolgáltató Kft. The provider handles the technical operation of these services, including the storage and transmission of website and email data, and related security functions.

Google reCAPTCHA: Google processes reCAPTCHA Customer Data on our behalf as a processor for security and abuse prevention. Its Cloud Data Processing Addendum and service-specific terms describe this processing. Google's reCAPTCHA data-processing information explains its role and security purpose.

The hosting and email provider is established in Hungary. Google may process reCAPTCHA data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google's data-processing terms describe safeguards for international transfers, including applicable standard contractual clauses or another recognised transfer mechanism. We do not integrate external analytics, advertising or social-media services. Opening external links or exchanging email through a provider you use can also involve processing outside the EEA under that service's own arrangements.

Relevant correspondence may also be shared with professional advisers where necessary for our legitimate interests in obtaining advice or establishing, exercising or defending a legal claim (Article 6(1)(f)), or with authorities to comply with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)). Access is limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose.

06. How long information is kept

Website and service logs

Tárhely.Eu's published security policy describes rotating log retention of 52 weeks or 14 months, depending on the applicable service contract and legal requirements. This is the provider's published range, rather than a separate retention period set by the website's code. For information about a particular record, please contact us.

Contact-form protection records

Sending counters use a rolling one-hour window. Entries older than one hour are removed when the server next processes a valid form submission. If no further submission arrives, the inactive temporary records may remain until the hosting environment clears its temporary storage. This is separate from the provider's technical server logs described above.

Our application uses the reCAPTCHA token only to verify the current submission and does not save it in the enquiry email or the local sending counters. Google's security data and _GRECAPTCHA cookie are subject to the service's own retention arrangements; the website's code does not set their retention period. For a request concerning reCAPTCHA data processed on our behalf, contact us using the address above.

Enquiries and correspondence

We keep enquiry correspondence while your request is being handled, an associated proposal is open, or a follow-up agreed with you is pending. Once these purposes end, correspondence is deleted unless it forms part of an ongoing client relationship, documentation that must be retained by law, or information necessary for a specific legal claim.

In those cases, retention is determined by the relevant obligation or claim: for example, whether an agreed service is still being delivered, a statutory record-keeping period is still running, or a dispute remains unresolved. Only the information relevant to that purpose is retained.

Backups

Information may remain in the hosting provider's recovery backups until those copies expire under the applicable service's backup cycle. Backup retention depends on the service contract; deleting an active file or message does not necessarily remove an existing backup immediately.

07. Your data protection rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in the GDPR, you can request:

• Access to your personal data and a copy of it.
• Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion of your information where the right to erasure applies.
• Restriction of processing in the circumstances provided by law.
• Data portability where processing is automated and based on consent or a contract.

Send your request to contact@hubusoft.com. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may request additional information necessary to confirm it. We respond without undue delay and within one month of receiving your request, unless an extension permitted by the GDPR applies. Where the GDPR permits an extension because of the complexity or number of requests, we will explain the reason within that first month; the extension may be up to two further months.

Complaints and remedies

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. In Hungary, this is the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

08. External websites & services

Links to Facebook, Google Play and portfolio websites take you to services operated by others. When you open such a link, the destination receives the technical information associated with your visit and may use cookies or other tracking under its own policies.

Please consult the destination's privacy information before using its services. This notice covers the corporate website; it does not describe Facebook Page interactions, app-store activity or the operation of linked websites.

Email links open your chosen email application. Your email provider also handles your message according to its own terms and privacy information.

This website introduces our SAP development and consulting, mobile application and game development, and website development services. Descriptions on the site are general information. The scope, price and terms of individual projects are agreed separately.

Hubusoft content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, trademarks and assets remain subject to the rights and licences of their respective owners. References to SAP identify the technology and services discussed; they do not imply SAP endorsement or partner status.
